The bad news seemingly never stops coming. It’s impossible to turn on a television, surf the web or open a newspaper without being inundated with news and opinions about COVID-19. There are heartwarming stories here and there about friends and neighbors reaching out to others and about people having suffered through COVID and emerged from the hospital well again, but on most days, tales like those are drowned out by news of infection rates, fatality counts and economic gloom.
