Longer and more detailed than synopses, shorter than the reports themselves, they offer an accessible account that includes facts, findings of causal factors and the investigating authority’s recommendations. Monthly. Established 1948. Two-color newsletter, 8-1/2-inch x 11-inch format, usually four to 16 pages. Accident Prevention was one of the seven separate FSF publications that were superseded by AeroSafety World in 2006.
