The Foundation has developed interactive aircraft accident dashboards, based on data from the Aviation Safety Network’s global accident database.
Dashboards are made available in two versions: a Basic one that is publicly available and a members-only Plus version.
The Basic version shows general metrics like the annual number of accidents and fatalities and a breakdown by flight nature, phase, and accident location. This dashboard covers data of the previous year only.
The Plus dashboard on the other hand displays data that is updated on a weekly basis.
Additionally, the Plus dashboard includes pages dedicated to released accident reports and safety recommendations (grouped by addressee and causal factors for example).
