Communication with our stakeholders is key and every six months, the participating Audit Companies are invited to attend the Audit review Meeting to discuss the operational aspects of the Audit element of the BARS program. The ARM is an opportunity for the Audit Companies and the BARS Program Office to discuss commercial, technical and strategic arrangements for the Program. Other areas of discussion include Program Data and Statistics, Program Documentation review, Program Quality Control and Quality Assurance Data Reports, Auditor Training, Program Developments and future direction, along with current issues faced by the auditors and the Program Office. The ARM is also the opportunity for the BARS Program Office to provide feedback on new Program initiatives and developments directly to the Audit Companies.
