  • Registration fees include all meeting materials; admission to general sessions and the exhibit hall; Thursday and Friday continental breakfast, lunch, and refreshment breaks; Thursday evening reception.
  • Forms of payment accepted: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, check, and wire transfer.
  • Complete your registration by Thursday, April 27th to be included in the on-site attendee list.
  • *FOR FSF/NBAA STUDENT MEMBERS: In order to qualify for the Student FSF / NBAA Member reduced rate, you must be a full-time student enrolled in an accredited school and must show a valid student I.D. when picking up your badge on-site. Part-time students or students who are employed full-time are not eligible for this special rate. 

SPECIAL PROMOTIONS

GROUP DISCOUNT. Organizations that register three or more participants from the same company using the same email domain receive a 10% discount off applicable full summit fees. All registrations must be made at the same time and paid with the same form of payment. To register, click here and complete the online form for the first registrant. When you arrive at the Registration Summary page, hit the Add Person button (not the Add Guest button on a previous page) to enter your second registrant. Repeat this step for the third registrant. When done, hit the Finished Adding People button and your order summary will display with the 10% discount automatically applied. Contact  events@flightsafety.org if you have questions.

THREE & FREE. Organizations that register and pay at the full conference rate for three participants from the same company will receive the fourth registration for free (this is in addition to the 10% group discount noted above). After registering and paying for your three participants, contact events@flightsafety.org to receive your complimentary registration code. 


GUEST REGISTRATION

Full conference registrants can pay a nominal fee of US $65 to bring a guest to the Thursday evening reception. A guest cannot register on their own. Guests must be accompanying a full conference registrant and must not work in an industry related position. Co-workers or associates in the industry do not qualify. Guests must be at least 21 years of age. Guest registration includes admission to the Thursday evening reception only. It does not include education sessions, invitation only events, and continental breakfast or lunch meal functions. If you have already registered as a delegate to attend BASS and want to add a guest to your registration, contact events@flightsafety.org


cancellation and substitution policy

Refund or credit, less a US $125 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by Friday, March 10, 2017. Between March 11, 2017 and March 16, 2017 you can cancel and receive a credit, less $125 administrative fee, for a future Flight Safety Foundation meeting, summit or workshop to be used within one year. Credit cannot be applied towards membership dues or the annual dinner. No refund or credit will be given for cancellations received after Friday, March 17, 2017. Substitutions are welcomed at any time. 


TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENTS: PASSPORTS AND VISAS 

Participants who will travel to BASS 2017 from outside of the United States, should consult the U.S. Embassy or Consulate in their country of citizenship for more information on passport, visa, and other applicable entry requirements. Participants are responsible for obtaining the necessary entry documents. If you require an original invitation letter from Flight Safety Foundation to obtain a visa, please allow 4 weeks for receipt. img_1505Registration and attendance at, or participation in, BASS 2017 constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the Flight Safety Foundation’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes.
