Singapore’s Ministry of Transport has restructured the Air Accident Investigation Board to form a new Transport Safety Investigation Bureau (TSIB), effective Aug. 1. According to a Ministry of Transport press release, the TSIB will conduct investigations into air and marine accidents and incidents, “independently of and separately from any judicial or regulatory proceedings… .” Click here to learn more.
