- Conference registration fees include all meeting materials; admission to general sessions and the exhibit hall; Monday awards dinner, Tuesday networking reception, and Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday breakfast, lunch, and refreshment breaks.

- Payment must be received prior to the event in order to attend.

Cancellation and Substitution Policy
A full refund will be given for cancellations received by Wednesday, September 6, 2023. Between September 7 and October 6, 2023, a refund, less a US $125 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations. No refunds will be issued if cancellation is received on or after October 7, 2023. Substitutions are welcomed at any time by logging into your account.

Consent to Use Photographic Images
Registration and attendance at, or participation in, IASS 2023 constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the Flight Safety Foundation’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, social media, and audiotapes.
Spouse / Guest Registration Fee: $175.00
Full conference registrants can pay a nominal fee of US $175 to bring a guest to both the Monday evening awards dinner and Tuesday evening networking reception. A guest cannot register on their own and must not work in an industry related position. Co-workers or associates in the industry do not qualify. Guests must be at least 21 years of age. Guest registration does not include educational sessions, invitation-only events, and continental breakfast, breaks, or lunch meal functions.
