A Beech King Air B200C lost power from the left engine shortly after being rotated for takeoff. The pilot maintained directional control, began the engine-out emergency procedures and quickly recognized that the left power lever had moved to the idle position. Full power was restored when the pilot moved the lever forward, and the flight was continued without further event.
