Guest/Spouse Registration Fee: USD $150
Conference registrants can bring a guest/spouse to the Welcome Reception & Dinner on Wednesday, March 22, 2023. You may add your guest information on the Summary page during the registration process.
- A guest cannot register on their own and must not work in an industry related position.
- Co-workers or associates in the industry do not qualify.
- Guests must be at least 21 years of age.
- Guest registration does not include admission to general sessions, invitation-only events, continental breakfast, lunch, or networking breaks.
REGISTRATION CHANGES OR TRANSFERS
If you are unable to attend the event, you may transfer your registration to another person, with no additional fees. Click here, and in the upper right corner, click on the “Already Registered?” link. From there you’ll log in to your account and you can modify or transfer your registration as needed.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Conference Registrants: A refund, less a US $125 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by February 22, 2023 11:59pm EST. No refund will be given for cancellations received on or after February 23, 2023. All questions, cancellations, and refund requests must be sent via email to: events@flightsafety.org
Guests: Refund, less a US $25 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by February 22, 2023 11:59pm EST. No refund will be given for cancellations received on or after February 23, 2023. All questions, cancellations, and refund requests must be sent via email to: events@flightsafety.org
FSF reserves the right to cancel or reschedule all or any part of this event if there is insufficient registration or for other internal reasons. Should FSF cancel the event, and elect not to reschedule, all registrants will be notified via email and refunded the registration fee in full. Should FSF reschedule the event, registrants will have the option to transfer any paid registration fees to the new event dates or receive a refund in full (minus administrative fees). Should FSF need to cancel and/or reschedule the event, FSF is not responsible for cancellation charges assessed by hotels, airlines or travel agencies, or other losses incurred due to the cancellation or rescheduling of the event.
Should external circumstances such as weather, acts of God, or other factors beyond FSF’s control delay or prevent the event from occurring, FSF will consider the situation and advise registrants accordingly by email.
FSF reserves the right to share your name and contact information with the conference hotel (for room block audit purposes only), event sponsors and exhibitors.
Professional photographs, audio, and video will be captured during the conference. Attendees hereby grant FSF and its representatives permission to photograph and/or record them at the conference, and distribute (both now and in the future) the attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events and activities.
All information listed in the preliminary agenda/program is subject to change.
Any person who attends a Flight Safety Foundation (FSF) convention, conference, seminar or other program grants permission to FSF, its employees and agents to record his or her visual/audio images, including, but not limited to, photographs, digital images, voices, sound or video recordings, audio clips, or accompanying written descriptions, and, without notifying such person, to use his or her name and such images for any purpose of FSF, including marketing for FSF and its programs. By registering for this event, you are giving FSF permission to use your image in this way.
