The Dutch Safety Board is citing a 2018 takeoff incident that involved a Boeing 737 crew’s use of erroneous takeoff data in pressing the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) to require that crews be given more time after a last-minute change in takeoff instructions to check the changed data.
