The flaps were still not set for landing when the Learjet 45XR crossed the runway threshold more than 50 kt faster than the appropriate landing reference speed (Vref) and then touched down about midfield. The airplane was substantially damaged when it ran off the end of the wet runway. Both pilots sustained minor injuries, but none of the six people in the airplane was hurt.
