The Flight Safety Foundation today issued the following statement in regards to the accident of TransAsia 222 from President and CEO Jon Beatty:
“The Flight Safety Foundation joins with the entire world community to send our deepest condolences to the passengers and crew of TransAsia 222. Our thoughts and prayers are with the victims and their families as we hope for a quick and full recovery for those who were injured. We have confidence that the appropriate authorities in Taiwan, China will complete a thorough investigation and determine the cause behind this tragedy.”
