Citing an incident in which the rudder pedals on a Boeing 737-8 became stuck in a neutral position after landing, the U.S. National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) is urging Boeing and the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) to act to prevent similar events involving jammed or restricted rudder controls on certain 737s.
