The airplane was intercepting the final approach course to Runway 23 at Naples (Florida, U.S.) Municipal Airport, when the pilot declared an emergency, telling an air traffic controller that both engines on the Bombardier CL-600-2B had failed and that the crew would make an emergency landing.
