Both members of an Airbus A320 flight crew dozed off for nearly half an hour during a domestic flight in Indonesia, missing several radio calls from air traffic control and pilots of other aircraft before the pilot-in-command (PIC) awakened and realized the airplane “was not in the correct flight path,” according to a report by Indonesian investigators.
